Lyme disease surprised me in more ways than one. I had no idea it would nearly kill me, I had no idea that healing from it would be so emotional and physically intensive and most importantly, I had no idea that Lyme disease would transform me into the person God had intended me to be.
Over course of 2 years, I developed debilitating fatigue, intense joint & muscle pain, blurred vision, memory loss, brain fog, heart palpitations, seizures, and I lost the ability to walk without a cane or support.
After countless doctor's appointments and more tests than I can even list. I was told by the traditional medical team I was working with that they had no explanation for my symptoms and count not help me. This lead me to seek the help of a functional medical provider where I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, IBS, Adrenal Fatigue, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, CIRS/Mold toxicity, and finally Lyme Disease.
And so my journey back to health began. I've learned a lot along the way and I'm here to help others navigate through this process and hopefully prevent even more individuals from experiencing a similar battle.

I live in the midwest where I was born and raised a country girl among the rolling hills and countless lakes, picking berries, riding horses, biking, and soaking up the sweet scent of the wildflowers that surrounded our home. I can get lost in a book for hours and the water calls my name. Near the river, lake or ocean is where I feel the most peace.

I believe that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs & there is no one-size-fits-all approach to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
